Las Vegas Sept 2016 Stats –
The September 2016 median price point for resale homes of the overall Las Vegas Market (which includes Henderson) fell slightly to $233,500, however, the market pricing is still up from a year ago when it was at $220,000 for the month of September. The number of closing also slightly fell from the previous month. Overall, the prices and number of sales for the last several months have been hovering at right about the same levels.
