Seller tip of the day, Curb Appeal –

Curb appeal is so easy to do, however sellers sometimes neglect this first important step when a buyer pulls up to their property. You’d be amazed at how many times I’ve walked up to a home, walking past a pot that is empty and has the bud drip system into it, or a door that is all scratched up or marked up, two simple very simple things to do. Or there is a tree that’s got all kinds of branches sticking out when it could be very easily pruned.

What I recommend is simply if you are a seller, step back at your curb, put your buyer hat on, and look at your house. Say . . . “How can I make this house look nicer from the curb?” It’s that simple!
