The Paseos of Summerlin in Las Vegas

This particular blog is to give you a good understanding of where the Paseos are exactly located in the Master Plan area of Summerlin in Las Vegas valley and what builders are currently in that area.  The Paseos consists of a 768 acre development which commenced in 2003.  Building came to a near standstill during the downturn of the market; however, today the development is back in full swing.  The Paseos is located on the far West side of the Las Vegas valley beginning at the Northwest corner of Charleston Bvld. and Desert Foothills Dr.. The new development that is going on currently is located on the NW Corner of Desert Foothills Dr. & Alta Dr., just North of W. Charleston Blvd..  Please watch the video that goes along with this blog as I zero in on exactly where this development is in regards to the Las Vegas Strip.  I also added in a 360 degree video while standing in the middle of the development.  From this, you can see how close it is to Red Rock Canyon, perfect for anyone that is an outdoor enthusiast.  When I lived in this general area, I loved the fact that I could jump on my bike and within minutes I was biking out to Red Rock Canyon without all the hassle of battling traffic to get there!
