Seller tip of the day, Professional Photography  –

For today’s tip, I can’t stress enough when I’m with sellers how important professional photography is when we list your property. You usually have one shot with the buyer when they are on the Internet looking at properties and if your property looks dark or if the pictures aren’t done well they are simply going to go on by to the next one.

So my tip today is always use professionals for photography when you are listing your properties! Have a great day!
