Seller tip of the day, Decluttering  –

I’m not sure if decluttering is even a real word, however I do know when I take a buyer into a home and that seller has a lot of stuff around the house it’s extremely difficult for my buyer to see through all of that stuff to the actual home. So remember this basic principle “less is better”.

If you’re a seller thinking about selling their home and you have a lot of stuff either:

• Box it up and store it
• Sell it
• Or throw it away
